I had placed my order online and then maybe a day or two later (it was the weekend when I placed it) I received a call.  It was a little bit of an attempt at a sales pitch to see if I wanted to also buy some oil filter analysis stuff.  But, also, to offer a different shipping method which would save some money.  I was really impressed by the proactive nature of your team and was also really impressed with the lady who contacted me.  Just great service!
